If you don`t know how to use this tool, you may first want to go over the short tutorial I prepared in my previous post: how to use paddlet
During the last classes, my fourteen-year-old students have been dealing with the simple past and some vocabulary related to movies. In this lesson, I will ask them to create a recomendation in padlet for a movie they have watched, summarizing some of the most important events and inviting their classmates to watch them.

Warm up - 10 minutes
I will start the class with some pictures or key words from a movie I like. I will tell the students that they can only ask yes/no questions to guess what movie it is.
First activity - 15 minutes
Then, I will ask them to think of a movie themselves and write three key words or phrases as I did. In groups, they will take turns to give their classmates clues and ask each other yes/no questions to guess the films.Once all the movies have been guessed, they will take turns to brifly explain to their groups the main conflicts in each of the movies.
Second activity ( using padlet ) - 20 minutes
Once we finish the previous activity, we will share the results and I will ask them to go to their computers or use their cellphones and work in a padlet writing recomendations for those films for their classmates. They can add pictures, trailers, etc.
Closing activity - 5 minutes
Once the students finish adding their films recomendations, they will take some minutes to go over their classmates contributions and we will vote for the most interesting one! and why not, we can even watch the one that gets more votes !Hope you find it useful ! I´d love reading your comments about your own experiences with this great tool !
